Greg Hebner, President Mr. Hebner has a long, successful history of leading high growth, complex consumer-driven businesses. He was most recently the CEO of Relocation.com. Mr. Hebner has also held senior-level operational positions at Move, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOVE) and Broadband Sports, Inc. His experience also includes operational and strategic roles for premier consumer products and services companies: The Walt Disney Company, Premark International and Price Waterhouse. Hebner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from Harvard University. Mr. Hebner is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Greg Austin, Executive Vice President, Sales & Client Development Mr. Austin was most recently with Credit Suisse where he managed its western and southwest states wholesale and correspondent mortgage origination sales effort. His team’s primary focus was whole loan and correspondent loan acquisition. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Austin held a similar role with Aurora Loan Services, a Lehman Brothers company. His experience also includes business-to-business e-commerce as an original member of IMX Exchange, a whole loan trading platform between sellers, mortgage brokers and whole loan buyers. Mr. Austin continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for IMX.

Kevin Cooke, Founder & Senior Vice President, Sales Prior to Mr. Cooke’s founding of MOS Group, he retired from the New York City Police Department where he had logistical responsibilities for the day-to-day assignment and operations of 300 officers. Mr. Cooke is also the founder of Cola Investigation, a licensed Private Investigation company. He is also a founding member and past President of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS). He is currently a member of the Board of Governors acting as NAMFS’s Washington Liaison, working directly with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Veterans Administration (VA). Mr. Cooke is a licensed Real Estate Broker, General Contractor and Private Investigator in the State of New York.

Alisa Harris, Vice President, Client Development Prior to joining MOS Group, Ms. Harris held a number of leadership positions, both in operations and sales supporting a broad spectrum of the financial industry. Among the areas of responsibility Ms. Harris has been most active, include: risk assessment, underwriting, business development, operations process planning, operation architecture and strategic planning. Most recently Ms Harris was a Vice President with Aurora Loan Services, a Lehman Brothers Company.

Sharon Ing, Senior Vice President, Operations Ms. Ing joined the MOS team in August 2009 as the Vice President of our East Coast Operations, including our Virginia and New York operational center. Ms. Ing comes to the MOS team with over twenty years of experience in management and senior management roles leading teams through process improvement, enhancing productivity, and team building in the mortgage origination arena. Her leadership experience and ability to dig in with the team to build sound processes makes her a tremendous addition to the MOS team. Most recently Ms. Ing was with Chase Home Mortgage where she managed the Mid-Atlantic Underwriting Division and prior to Chase she was EVP over Wholesale and Retail Operations for Aurora Loan Services.

Michele Buschman, Vice President, Client Services Ms. Buschman joined the MOS team in July 2009 as the Vice President, Client Services. Ms. Buschman manages the client implementation team and is responsible for delivering high quality customer service to each MOS client. Ms. Bushman has a diverse range of skills and experiences spanning 15 years in the finance industry, having held leadership roles in operations and in software development. Ms Buschman has extensive experience in business process design and development, software design and implementation, client implementations, integrations, and business relationship management. Prior to joining the MOS team, Ms. Buschman held the position of Vice President of Operations for IMX, Inc. In this position Ms. Buschman ran the daily business operations for the company. While at IMX, Inc. Ms. Bushman spearheaded the development of several cutting-edge technology solutions that generated significant revenue growth for the company. Originally a resident of Silicon Valley, Ms Buschman attended CSUH, where she received her Bachelor's Degree.

Julia Sohn, Vice President, Human Resources Ms. Sohn has proven herself to be a strategic business partner with a track record of success leading the HR function in the financial services industry. Ms. Sohn is a certified Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR) with over 14 years hands-on HR experience. Ms. Sohn comes to us from JP Morgan Chase, where she held the titles of Senior Vice President and Senior Human Resource Business Partner. Prior to that she was Assistant Vice President of Corporate Services for Sallie Mae, leading both the HR and Training functions. Ms. Sohn holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership from Kennedy Western University.

Chris Wittrig, Chief Information Officer Mr. Wittrig fills the roles of COO and CIO of MOS Group, Inc. and is the principal architect of both the service solutions MOS provides as well as the technologies used to manage those services. With over 15 years of experience in the mortgage default management industry, Mr. Wittrig’s previous experience includes eCommerce Division Group Executive for London Bridge Group managing the internal development and support for LenStar, BridgeLink and Aspen Workflow; Vice President at First American Default Solutions assisting in the development of VendorScape and iClear; and Vice President of Consumer Products at Fidelity National Default Solutions responsible for introducing Fidelity’s NewWay Suite of solutions including NewTrak and NewInvoice to the automotive industry. Mr. Wittrig was first introduced to the mortgage servicing industry in mortgage default management at Option One Mortgage and was ultimately responsible for managing activities in the loss mitigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy areas.
