www.nuviewfinancial.com is a registered domain of NuView Financial Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its corporate headquarters in Irvine, California ("NUVIEW"). NUVIEW is a licensed Debt Collection Agency. NUVIEW is not a lender, bank or loan servicer. NUVIEW does not make loans, modify loans, or render credit decisions in connection with the issuance or modification of loans. NUVIEW works on behalf of licensed Banks, Lenders and Loan Servicers to assist them in the collection of borrower information regarding debts owed to them and does not directly work as an agent or advocate for consumers. NUVIEW's services are administrative and consultative only. NUVIEW only receives its compensation from the Lenders, Banks, and Loan Servicers for the services actually provided by NUVIEW.

Licensing

Nuview Financial Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, has applied for and received a Debt Collection Agency License in the following states:

Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Maryland, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York – Buffalo, New York – NYC, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas (Bond only), Utah, Washington, and West Virginia.

Exemptions

Nuview Financial Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, has applied for and received Debt Collection Agency License exemptions in the following states:

Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, North Dakota, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Wyoming

Nuview Financial Services, LLC is authorized to do business in the following states that do not require a separate Debt Collection Agency License:

Washington D.C., Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Montana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, Virginia.
