Mortgage Outreach Services (MOS) is the answer to your portfolio of non-performing
loans. We offer a solution to Clients suffering high levels of "No Contacts". We
are dedicated to saving our clients the high cost of foreclosure. We utilize a dynamic
process to establish contact and assist the borrower. This process, known as "Financial
Package Services," consists of making contact and providing the borrower with a
financial package. MOS acts as a liaison between the client and the borrower.
MOS has expanded its services by offering clients with a high level of "No Contacts"
a unique system known as 'Call Transfer Services.' This service bridges the gap
between client and borrower and creates an instant contact between both parties.
Forging this bond between both parties gives the client the opportunity to take

MOS Recovery is the answer to the never-ending ever-increasing 'Charge-off' loan.
Our main purpose is to assist in exploring alternatives to legal action and recommend
a remedy where one is available. We shift the balance in favor of the client. MOS
Recovery takes charge of the situation and helps the client and borrower achieve
a satisfactory solution to the delinquency. Our most salient responsibility is recouping

Portfolio Surveillance Analytics
Portfolio Surveillance Analytics, LLC (PSA), acts as the Credit Risk Manager for
mortgage backed securities that are issued by Wall Street firms. PSA's responsibilities
include monitoring the performance of mortgage servicers performing the actual servicing
for the Trustee of the security. These duties include the analysis of the monthly
servicer reports and the master servicer reports. PSA is responsible for on-site
visits to the servicing shops in order to determine that the terms of the pooling
and servicing agreement is adhered to. All reports are posted to the website and
are available for the investing public to review.

the servicer's individual wants based on investor requirements. Loss Mitigation
