Client Services Implementation Specialist
 
Job objective:
Directly support Sales, Client Development, IT, and Operations in the implementation of client services.
 
Core objectives of the position are:
  • Implementation of new & existing MOS Group client accounts & contracted services
  • Daily client monitoring and communicating during implementation with client and supporting MOS Group departments
  • Consistently provide a high level of customer satisfaction and seamless integration of MOS Group services levels into the client's existing daily business processes.
  • Assist sales, IT and operations throughout the entire sales process, as required
  • Post-Implementation process review and business process re-engineering
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
The primary responsibility of the Client Services Implementation Specialist is to lead the delivery, or implementation, of the contracted MOS Group services to completion. Client Services Implementation Specialist will act as support to sales, client development, IT, and operations in support of assigned clients, beginning as early as the sales process and through to completion of the client implementation process.
  • Lead new client account and contracted services implementations
  • Lead implementation at such time an existing client adds additional services
  • When applicable development of client implementation plan and support documents
  • When applicable design, development & implementation of business processes to support client services
  • When applicable design, development and documentation of client-MOS workflows
  • Maintain solid client relationships by handling client questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Proactive communication with client via all methods throughout the implementation process
  • Travel in support of sales for client training, discovery meetings, customer site visits, as required or requested by senior management
  • Assist sales with vendor management approval process as required
  • Provide quality care to customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding service level at all times
  • On-site product discovery and issue resolution meetings for visiting customers as required by management
  • Ability to manipulate and manage spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Ability to document work-flows (Visio)
  • Complete client evaluation and assessment post implementation, and as requested by Sales or Client Development group
  • Attend training and to development meetings as required
  • Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in day to day activities
  • Active participant in the PMO process
  • Lead post-mortem implementation discussions, and distribute surveys
  • Lead post-implementation business process redesign sessions, as applicable
  • Perform needs analysis for client services
  • Performs risk analysis for client services
  • Provides suggestions on how best to support clients through the use of technology solutions
Competencies required:
  • Bachelor of arts or business degree or comparable experience.
  • Understanding of the mortgage marketplace, the particular being servicing
  • Exceptional organizational skills for proper client planning/management
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with both internal and external facing customers
  • Attention to detail and the ability to interact with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with business process analysis (Use Cases and/or process flows) and mapping (Gap Analysis) techniques.
  • Problem resolution and decision making skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team dedicated to delivering quality results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills, both in small groups as well as large groups
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Senior Project Manager - Irvine, California
 
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project management such as defining and managing small, medium and large scale project work plans, scope, budgets, technical teams and clients. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for managing the creation and delivery of a wide variety of projects across the organization.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct periodic reviews of systems, develop proposals and project plans.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop system requirements and proposals (use case development).
  • Develop and manage requirements and process flows throughout the SDLC of the project
  • Manage the scope, schedule, cost, risk and issues of the project and track the progress
  • Consult with Information Technology management and staff to scope, allocate resources and prioritize department projects and efforts.
  • Lead small to medium size development projects or as a member of specific areas in large projects.
  • Perform required administrative functions associated with project status reports and budget reviews.
  • Formulate end-user procedures and develop documentation for systems and applications.
  • Evaluate technology products; participate in assessment and selection of purchased software applications.
  • Conduct technology-briefing sessions with internal teams independently or with vendor partners.
  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, following a plan and balancing competing requests by priority
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS A MUST (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 4-6 years of project management or IT Management
  • Minimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people using strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and self directed with capability to work independently
  • Mortgage and Call Center experience a plus
  • Extensive MS Office (Visio, PowerPoint, Word) experience with proficiency using Excel
  • Understanding of Microsoft .NET Technologies
  • Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) or Windows SharePoint Services (WSS)

Systems Administrator - Virginia
 
Position Summary
 
The Systems Administrator is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of the technical infrastructure and to ensure optimal performance and availability of all enterprise systems. The Systems Administrator is ultimately responsible for managing multiple projects and technical responsibilities as assigned.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct periodic reviews of systems, develop proposals and project plans.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop system requirements and proposals (use case development).
  • Take a lead role to develop, document, optimize and maintain the WAN, LAN, and Server systems. Also responsible for capacity planning and to measure key metrics
  • Apply expert knowledge of data systems to maximize daily system availability and performance to all internal and external customers
  • Provide expert solutions to minimize systems outages
  • Ensure on-time completion of tasks and projects following proper procedures and processes in place and provide timely updates to managers
  • Manage multiple system projects which affect several departments and/or company business processes
  • Safeguard the company's operating data through a formalized and documented program of security administration and data backups
  • Effectively utilize both written and spoken methods to communicate complex concepts to all levels of staff in a clear, concise manner
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement in departmental operations and services
  • Foster open communications and ensure effective working relationships with coworkers and users
  • Partner with vendors/providers to manage overall infrastructure capacity and growth requirements
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS A MUST (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or related area desirable
  • Multiple Certifications and/or Licenses preferred (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCSP)
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Microsoft Server systems administration
  • Minimum 3 years experience in WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, Clustering, Load Balancing, Cisco Routers, Layered Switch, VPN/Firewall, SNMP, VLAN, Packet Capture, and Routing Protocols
  • Strong experience with enterprise server installation and administration including Active Directory and Group Policy with Specific experience in Microsoft Terminal Services preferred
  • Experience wit PCI DDS and SAS 70 compliance preferred
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
