Call Center
MOS provides a variety of services to its client call centers including:
- General assistance in answering inbound borrower questions.
- Specific direction to borrowers for client payments (mailing address, website, payment methods, department information, etc.).
- Updating account information.
- Directing of borrower to client website while on phone; MOS Group associates will navigate borrower through site.
- Explanation to borrower with regards to any recently received client mailings including, letters, notices, documents, etc.
- Assistance with financial statement review and financial package retrieval items as needed.
