Call Center

MOS provides a variety of services to its client call centers including:

  • General assistance in answering inbound borrower questions.


  • Specific direction to borrowers for client payments (mailing address, website, payment methods, department information, etc.).


  • Updating account information.


  • Directing of borrower to client website while on phone; MOS Group associates will navigate borrower through site.


  • Explanation to borrower with regards to any recently received client mailings including, letters, notices, documents, etc.


  • Assistance with financial statement review and financial package retrieval items as needed.
